Part owner of the company and lifelong fencer, Al manages day-to-day operations and personnel. He is serving his third term as President of the Wisconsin-Northern Illinois Chapter of the American Fence Association, and serves on the national AFA Board of Governors.

Mark Schmitt , Vice President

Mark has been employed by Qual Line Fence since.1997, specializing in wood fence.In 2008 he was promoted to Vice President. His specialty is wood fences, but he participates in managing all facets of company operations.

Ray Statz, Chairman of the Board, CFP

Ray founded this company in 1956. The company's name reflects Ray's business philosophy--building quallity fences that last a long time. He believes in investing in machinery and tools that make a job easier and better. Recently, Ray took up autocross racing with his Beck's Spyder. He is a founding member of the Waunakee Rotary Club and Paul Harris Fellow.

Harriet Thiele Statz, Director of Planning, CFP

Harriet has been selling fences and served as Vice President of the company since 1990. Now she is focusing on management issues and long-term planning. Apart from fencing, she participates in and provides leadership to community musical circles. Harriet belongs to the Waunakee Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris Fellow.
